Instructions

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Paint/colour a paper plate to resemble a snowy mountain scene. We have included the sky and some clouds on ours.

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Use a hole punch or scissors to make one hole at the 10 position on the clock face of the paper plate and then make a second hole at the 2 clock face position.

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Thread the string through the two holes and secure in place by tying two knots on the back of the paper plate. Ensure the knots stop the string from pulling back through the holes.

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Hold the bendy part of the straw, and then cut the straw at the point about 4cm above the bendy part of the straw.

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Cut the piece of card to make a seat for your figure then attach this to the straw using blu tack or glue.

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Thread the paperclip through the straw and then hook the paperclip onto the string attached to your mountain scene

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Secure your figure in place on the card seat with blu tack. Use blu tack so your figure is not permanently stuck on a never ending ski lift

  • Our Chalet Ski Lift

Slide your Skier (figure) up and down the ski lift!
